PVA sponge water absorption roller is a sponge water absorption roller made of hydrophilic polymer PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), with multiple micropores connected to each other. The micro connected pores of the hydrophilic substrate give it good water absorption, good water retention ability, and good corrosion resistance. It is ideal to use it to absorb surface water.

PVA absorbent sponge itself requires a moisturizing state, so it is stored in a sink. Coupled with its unique softness, it can be widely used in the cleaning, pressing, water absorption, and dehydration processes of printed circuit boards, LEDs, glass products, steel plates, aluminum plates, and other panels.

Materials: PVA foam sponge, PVC hose.

1. Soak the PVA sponge in water until soft before use, and the general usage temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, otherwise it will cause the sponge to age and shorten its service life. After use, if the PVA sponge suction roller is not used for a while, it should be cleaned and cured in clean water.

2. Polymer PVA absorbent sponge has extremely strong water absorption and water supply capabilities, with a water absorption capacity of 6-10 times its own dry weight, and does not drip after being filled with water.

3. Polymer PVA absorbent sponge has an anti mold agent that will not mold, has stronger elasticity than any other sponge, and is not easy to tear.

4. Polymer PVA absorbent sponge is lightweight, smooth, and has excellent water absorption.

5. Suitable for absorbing sweat during makeup, wiping, exercise, and for suction and cleaning during oral surgery. This product is extremely soft and won't drip even when the liquid is fully absorbed.
